Today two new limited engagement dinner events blaze in over the EaterWire. Not shockingly, both of them are in the Mission. Here, a debriefing on the menus and what to expect.

1) Wise Sons' Dinner Events: Chefs Leo Beckerman and Evan Bloom are inviting former Mission Beach Cafe exec chef Thomas Martinez into the kitchen next Friday (6/8) to help them cook a Jewish-themed feast (menu follows). On second note, every other Sunday the boys host a family style "Italian Sunday Supper" featuring Matarello's locally handmade pastas (The next one is 6/17). It's all part of the hot new deli's eventual plan to launch a full-on dinner service. Email catering@wisesonsdeli.com to make a reservation for either one. [EaterWire]
2) Sous Beurre Pop-Ups at Dear Mom: Nearby, the Kauff-approved Sous Beurre Kitchen will start a string of Monday pop-ups at Dear Mom (2700 16th St.) throughout June —training wheels for a future permanent home in the Mission. Apparently, they are "in serious discussions regarding a couple locations". Walk-in only. More information.
