From an online listing, we have word that a "Lovely Restaurant In Prime Noe Valley Location" is on the block for $249,000. Anyone care to wager any guesses as to exactly which Noe Valley restaurant went on the block just this weekend? Here is the listing itself:

Lovely Restaurant In Prime Noe Valley Location, Seats 50 Indoors, 16 Outdoors (Approx. 1400 Sq Ft Indoors). Open 1 1/2 Years. Existing Loyal Diners At This Popular Location. I'm Moving And Would Like To Sell The Restaurant First. Everything Is In Good Condition. 5-Year New Lease Starts In 2008 With Good Rent Amount And Extended Option For Additional Years Negotiable.
