A year after she stopped offering bottled water at Chez Panisse, Alice Waters is getting credit for revolutionizing the beverage industry and taking down the evil bottled water empire, despite the (unmentioned) fact that Chez Panisse followed the trend set by the likes of Incanto, Nopa and Poggio.
