A Canadian-based, Japanese-cuisine chain is set to invade the Bay, and hey, what could go wrong: "This week, Made in Japan Teriyaki Experience [Ed note: actually made in Canada] locations will open in San Francisco and Hayward ... [Developer Makhan Bains'] goal is to have eight Teriyaki Experiences open in the Bay Area by the end of the year and 40 within six years. If they are successful, Bains, as the area developer, has the option to open up to 102 stores across Northern California, including the Sacramento area." [SFBT, via MenuBlog]
