The festivities down at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival kicked off last night with Rachael Ray's Burger Bash. A new champion was crowned in the beach burger competition, as Boston's Radius put together a nice little concoction, complete with horseradish and crispy onions. Even Alice Waters showed up, politely took an Amstel Light, took a sip, then politely left it. A full report and plenty of photos here. [~E~]
