At long last, today marks the swan song for Firecracker, who will close tonight to make way for Udupi Palace. To mourn the passing of the Mission spot, we thought it only fitting to turn to the local hipsters themselves. Thus, we nominate the following Yelp review to serve as its memorial: "The spark on Firecracker has fizzled ... I felt like the wait staff know the inevitable is coming as our table thought they were very 'sad'. Perhaps a long day, or perhaps they see the writing on the wall and it don't look too good."
