Chez Papa Hoping to Debut Next Week (Again Again)

Now, to be sure, the announcement of an opening date for Mint Plaza's first legit restaurant, Chez Papa, is nothing new 'round these parts. In fact, a look in the Chez Papa Archives reveals that such declarations have taken place on a monthly basis, literally going back to Labor Day '07 and including canceled debuts last week and this week. The new opening date is set for next Tuesday, the 25th, with lunch service beginning the following week. Call us naive, but this time—this time—things just might be different, because a) the website is live and updated accordingly, b) the answering machine also announces the 25th and c) three consecutive weeks of delayed openings couldn't really happen, could it?
