Even more big names are en route to the Kellerville hamlet known as Yountville, the latest being David Fink's Mirabel Hotel & Restaurant Group: "...the creator[s] of L'Auberge Carmel, Bouchée Bistro and Wine Merchants and Cantinetta Luca are planning a new 20-room luxury hotel and restaurant in Yountville. The new building will be modern in style. The 90-seat restaurant will have contemporary Italian decor and cuisine, created by the same design team behind L'Auberge Carmel. The property is expected to open in late summer or early fall 2009." [Monterey Herald]
