The Fillmore: Amazingly, the shutter carnage continues in the blocks surrounding the Yoshi's and 1300 on Fillmore megaprojects. From a Western Addition tipster comes word that the latest victim is Cocina Poblana, which has closed its doors to make way for something called the Upper Crust Deli at 1109 Fillmore on the corner of Golden Gate. And the carousel continues to spin.
