EaterWire: Mission Pie Corner Space Debuts Tomorrow

THE MISSION—The Grove won't be the only establishment to showcase a new look this week, as pie monger/sustainability educators Mission Pie will finally unveil its new digs on the corner of Mission and 25th tomorrow. To get you up to speed, the corner space next door has been under construction for about six months now, because popular demand led Mission Pie to move its day-to-day cafe operations into a bigger space. The remodel is finally ready to roll, so Mission Pie will be closed today as they move the cafe and put the finishing touches on the new space. The expanded version will have more pies, bread and of course, space. Bonus news: come September, the kitchen will be completed, meaning that all your favorite pies—and other baked goodnesses—will actually be done on site.
