SoMa: Now about two weeks into its remodeling break, the century-old Fly Trap is starting to show signs of its new, modernized look. With the help of some old photos from Yelp, we've taken the liberty of juxtaposing the before and (almost) after shots above, with the caveat that the interior is obviously not yet complete. Already, there's a flashy red paint job and a noticeable lack of old-school items (white tablecloths, piano), but no communal tables just yet. Last we heard, new chef/owner Hoss Zare was still aiming for "early August" as the return date. Don't touch that dial...
