Momofuku mastermind David Chang pens an op-ed column for Eater NY after anti-foie-gras activists threatened his restaurant. Chang says that the "campaign of intimidation and misinformation is ridiculous" and suggests that activists go after the country's giant factory farms instead of soft targets like small businesses and farms that actually treat their happy, non-tortured ducks with respect. Regardless of your opinion on foie gras, it's a thoughtful piece well worth a read. [~ENY~]
