Noe Valley: As the Bay Bread empire continues to expand, La Boulange locations continue to pop up in just along every neighborhood thoroughfare. Nary a week after a new Metreon location was announced comes the inevitable news that La Boulange is looking to open a branch in Noe Valley as well. Obviously, the 24th Street strip is prime Boulange territory, especially demographic-wise. While the Bay Bread folks are mum on any specific location, saying nothing is confirmed quite yet, we couldn't help but notice this liquor license application for 3898 24th Street, which just happens to be the current home of Noe Valley Pizza Restaurant on the corner of Sanchez. Curious, yes?
