Downtown Napa: First Morimoto, then the Ty-Flo retail shop, and now two more restaurant heavyweights have joined in the fun. The latest to sign up for the $72 million development are an unnamed seafood concept—and 11th restaurant overall—from the Lark Creek Restaurant Group (One Market, LarkCreekSteak, Tavern at Lark Creek et al.) and a fast casual restaurant by Tyler Florence to be called Tyler Florence Rotisserie & Wine.
The rotisserie will join Florence's aforementioned kitchen shop (which you'll recall will be in the same vein as the Mill Valley flagship) along the downtown waterfront. Open throughout the day and night, it's going to be in the style of the traditional Parisian rotisseries, offering local meats like chicken, porchetta and lamb on a wall of rotating meat. The other side of the cafe will be dedicated to a wine shop. The entire development is hoped to be complete by next summer.
