The Untermagnificent is quick on the draw at Cotogna, filing her review a brief month after the restaurant's opening next to cousin Quince in Jackson Square. But it doesn't seem to matter. "No one makes better pasta than [chef] Mike Tusk, and all the old favorites are here." It's not a long review. Untzy picks a few favorites, like the "juicy little lamb chops."
