Thomas Keller may open a 10 day pop-up restaurant inside the London department store Harrods this coming November. The yet un-named project will be a Per Se/French Laundry combo, but the restaurateur has no plans to lay stakes in the area. With this news, and the openings of What Happens When in New York, Pizzeria Delfina, 4505 Meats and Suppenkuche pop-ups coming to the Hayes Valley Proxy Project and the forthcoming Bodega concept from Top Chef's Dale Talde, 2011 is already shaping up to be The Year of The Pop-Up.
