This year Douglas Keane notched 2.5 Bauer stars for his new Healdsburg steak restaurant Shimo. Then he transformed it into a wine-free noodle house. And now it is closed. Keane is currently entertaining offers to take over the space, but he might just hang onto it and try something new next year. Inside Scoop learns that he did recently manage to turn a profit, it just wasn't enough.
