1) Pac Heights:- The opening of the Sift Cupcake and Dessert Bar, which has frosting shots ("buy a round for your friends!") and cupcake shakes on its menu, is happening on Wednesday. They'll also have a full cereal bar with oatmeal every weekday starting at 7 a.m. [EaterWire]
