EaterWire: Myth Closing Temporarily April 1, Scott Howard Joins Forces With Roland Passot and MORE!

JACKSON SQUARE—As you may have noticed in the comments earlier this afternoon, an Eater Commenter discovered that Myth will be closing come April. The restaurant, this time around, confirms the temporary closure. The last day of service will be Saturday, March 29th, with the duration of the shuttering termed as "indefinite," for now. Pre-Plywood Report: Left Bank Brasserie and Foggy Bridge

Welcome to Presidio Buildings 935 and 937.
The first thing you notice when taking the pilgrimage to the upcoming Presidio winery and brasserie project in the far northwest reaches of Crissy Field is the, well, spectacular vista of the Golden Gate, Alcatraz and the rest of the Bay. The second thing you notice is the pair of giant, 20,000 square-foot 1920s airplane hangars that will be the future home of the Foggy Bridge, the first winery/tasting room inside a national park, and Left Bank Brasserie, the 120-seat restaurant by Roland Passot (of La Folie glory) due in the fall. The sheer scale of the spaces—please note the dwarfed yuppy SUVs—matches the grandeur of the view. In other words, this project shan't be a diminutive one.
