In the last 24 hours or thereabouts, the list of restaurants involved in the Lights Out SF candlelight campaign has been growing, with a trio of high-profile restaurants—The Slanted Door, Tres Agaves and Woodhouse Fish Company—joining the green cause.
But is something missing from the list?
From a perceptive commenter:
One thing I noticed - none of [the] Plumpjack establishments [are] on the list. Way to set an example Mr. Mayor.
In other words: Mayor Newsom, noted supporter of the cause, can shut down the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz for an hour without problem, but PlumpJack Cafe, Jack Falstaff or any other member of the empire? Apologies, not happening.
