The restaurant's official site may be under construction, but peek at the Sens' dessert menu is but a click away. Say what you will about Sens, but the talent of pastry chef Shuna Fish Lydon (French Laundry, Bouchon, Citizen Cake et al.) is pretty indisputable. [eggbeater]
