Plywood Report: Medici Lounge To Have "Shareable" Plates, Gourmet Cocktails

Already a plywood vet, now comes a bit more intel on Medici Lounge on the corner of Ninth and Folsom. As reported earlier by the Hopstress, Greg Noto is the owner and Matty DeTrumble (once of Crave) will be running things in the kitchen. Here's more dirt from the Medici folks themselves: "'Market' menu featuring locally sourced (hand-picked when possible) ingredients, primarily organic/sustainably farmed. Strong cocktail program, also featuring lots of fresh fruit, juice, etc. The menu is contemporary California/Italian, with mostly share-able plates in Goldilocks portions (not too small, not too Buca...but just right). Late-night menu, occasional DJs, top-to-bottom interior/exterior revamp, projected opening date mid-January."
