More than a few readers have been wondering about the doings at Horizon, the upscale-ish new American/comfort food/gourmet burger lounge by Executive Chef Ivan Tam and Consulting Chef Ola Fendert (of Oola fame). According to Tam, they've redone the entirety of the floors and have nearly finalized the menu. He said they could be open in a week or two, but it all depends on the all-important liquor license, which, you'll recall, was suspended due to the actions of the prior, slightly-devious tenant.
