Winter Tracking: Kuletoville Gets Kuletoflora

New, 2 comments

Assuming all goes to plan, the first months of 2008 will see the arrival of Pat Kuleto's newest babies, Epic Roast House and Waterbar (a.k.a. Fishneyland). The area continues to take shape—the debut dates are currently set for the final week of January—and they've begun staffing the restaurants and landscaping the plaza. The bearded wonder is expecting his pair to gross over $10 million each, which means that for better or worse, there's going to be a big splash in Rincon Park soon. But does San Francisco want a big splash? Will Kuletoville become the New Black, the new flop or ... neither?
