1) Pot de Pho: At this very moment, open for the first time is Pot de Pho, the 60-seat endeavor by Khai Duong of Ana Mandara glory. As mentioned earlier in these parts, Duong is offering a very specialized, traditional pho menu in the former Spanish Fly space on Geary. 2) Maritime East: Across the Bay, Telegraph Avenue has already welcomed a San Francisco offshoot of their own. From the same people as Lombard Street's Cafe Maritime comes Maritime East.
