Three weeks and several hundred thousand dollars after the spill, Drakes Bay Family Farms has finally received the green light to return to business. The mega Inverness oyster farm is the last commercial seafood operation to reopen, and the Drakes people say it's going to be tough to regain public trust: "I'm not trying to be gloom and doom, but once we get ourselves going again, it's going to take a long time to recover."
