Eater Investigates: Which Valencia Street Wine Bar is For Sale?

From a listing on Restaurant Realty Company, a "remodeled restaurant and wine bar in prime Valencia Street" is on sale for $295,000. The exact location--not to mention the name--is predictably "currently not available," but the extensive description provides many a clue to our little mystery spot:

A uniquely designed restaurant with wine bar and comfortable dining room with a combination of banquette seats and tables and chairs, designer light fixtures and a display kitchen. There is a major new develpment [sic] in the area which will potentially create increased customer activity. Some of the equipment includes as follows: 2 group espresso, 3 glass door undercounter refrigerator, 14' type 1 hood with fire suppression system, 4 burners over oven, 2 door undercounter refrigerator + sandwich station, 6 refrigerated drawers + sandwich station, 2 door udercounter [sic] refrigerator, walkin refrigerator + 3 doors, 3 compartment sink, pot sink, ice machine, 4' dropin freezer, buffalo chopper, robo coup, 3' dropin freezer and 1 basket fryer, etc. There are also 2 storage rooms, an office area and 2 ADA restrooms

Could Parea on Valencia at 19th Street possibly fit the bill? "Designer light fixtures"? Check:

"Combination of banquette seats and tables and chairs"? Check:

"Major new development in the area"? We offer Farina, Spork and Cha-Ya as major openings in the past year on Valencia Street. So ... check.

Know something we don't? Any other possibilities? Pray, tell.
