FINANCIAL DISTRICT—Unicorn, the sister restaurant to the upscale Berkeley flagship, is beginning to hit its stride, finally adding lunch service (a must in the FiDi). Interestingly, reports indicate that there still may be construction going on inside the restaurant and the liquor license has yet to arrive.
