Adventures in Crayons: The Help Wanted Ad of the Day

Who needs Craigslist? And note the pretty butterfly, please.

Lest we forget, for every jumbo-sized restaurant project on the waterfront, there are myriad smaller entrepreneurs just trying to make a buck in this town. Among these is Irving Street's Boiling Crawfish, the first offshoot from the San Jose Cajun restaurant of the same name. Its debut is expected tonight (well, technically at 3pm, which is when dinner service begins), though it can't be easy to open when you need a waiter, waitress and cook ... not to mention you're looking for said staff with only the help of Crayola. In any event, the menu, in all its (printed) glory, follows:
