We'll go out on a limb and say it's been some time since the city has seen a fall from grace like the current one underway at 2029 Market, from the achievement of three Chron stars just 16 months ago to the current trainwreck that Bauer says is "trapped in the 1980s." It should come as no surprise, then, that brunch is "over the top with a ton of champagne."
