The plywood is off at the King Street branch of Burger Joint, but even though the mini-chain's fourth—and well, brightest—location appears to be close to getting off the ground, an opening reportedly won't take place until the first week of March. In hindsight, with the opening originally slated for summer 2007, the cause of the delay is now clear: they had to wait for these color combos to be invented.
