The Golden Gate Restaurant Association and its crusade against the new health care law took a major hit in court today, as the city won its appeal to provide health coverage to all uninsured adult residents at the expense of employers: "[The] provision requires large and medium-size companies to offer insurance to their workers or pay a fee to the city ...
