Speaking of openings, Nettie's Crab Shack lucked out in the free publicity department too, because ABC's news team was there yesterday for its grand opening, cameras in tow. The short segment is about how and why San Francisco restaurants are acclimating to the struggling economy, like going downscale (hence the Nettie's spotlight). Fish & Farm and Perry's also get shouts out, but our favorite part might be how the "more cost-conscious customer" orders the lobster roll from Nettie's at the beginning of the clip. [ABC]
