Filling in for The Bauer, Carey Sweet hands out a deuce to the French Garden, the two-year-old Sebastopol restaurant that has been through its fair share of chef shuffles: "Ultimately, it's these simple fruits and vegetables that raise the French Garden above the ordinary.
