All the individual city guides come and gone, Zagat released its 2009 Top Restaurants survey today, sharing plenty of (mostly obvious) statistics: more chefs are going sustainable, low-priced prix-fixe meals are more widespread, shitty service is the thing that annoys most people, San Francisco is the fourth-most expensive dining city, and even though 72% of people make reservations by phone nationally and only 16% reserve online, in San Francisco, home of OpenTable, 49% reserve online.
