Aside from a Berkeley law and technology professor's assessment that Yelp's sponsored pages should be kept separate, not much new is shared in the ABC piece, just your usual claims by business owners that Yelp salespeople coincidentally happened to inquire about sponsorship after curiously negative reviews appeared online.
