Remember those three $1500 Keller-Achatz dinners that will take place at Per Se, Alinea and the French Laundry? Well, Round One (the NYC edition) is tonight, and The Times has a copy of the menu, complete with sea urchin veloute, lobster mitts, coffee air and black and white truffles aplenty. P.S.
