Even though The Bauer isn't crazy about some "bistro-style" dishes at the relocated La Toque, he can't deny the brilliance of the wine pairings, ultimately giving Ken Frank three stars: "Dishes are well executed, but at times the combinations and presentations feel like fancied-up brasserie food served in smaller portions on elegant plates ...
