NAPA—Given the chain of events, it shouldn't come as a surprise that the Copia closure is starting to look like it's indeed permanent. Copia wanted a $2 million line of credit in order to stay open after filing Chapter 11, but after its trustee objected, a judge rejected the request, a move that effectively means Copia is over.
