Perbacco continues to be one of the FiDi's better—and most popular—standbys, and now comes word that it will be expanding. Owners Staffan Terje and Umberto Gibin will open an 80-seat enoteca next door that will highlight salumi, wines by the glass and similar Perbacco fare at cheaper prices. Initial due date: summer '09.
