Plywood Report: Grub, Pinkberry, Reposado

1) The Mission: Not only did this week see the debut of Isaac Mogannam's Phat Philly, but his other Mission projects are nearing too. Odds are that Zaytoon will be the next to open, but further up Valencia (between 18th and 19th), the long-hidden facade of Grub has finally been unveiled. It's been under plywood for months upon months, but now there's a clean glass front to greet passers-by. Also on street level: a rendering of the space. [PLYWOOD]

2) Santana Row: We broke the news of the first Bay Area location of Pinkberry almost three months ago, and it's about a month away. From the Eater SF Flickr Pool comes the familiar logo of the froyo brand that, along with Red Mango, ignited the big froyo trend. [PLYWOOD]

3) Palo Alto: Also down south, a tipster sends along a sneak peek at the spacious Reposado, the 6000 square foot Palo Alto project by Rob Fischer (Palo Alto Creamery). Cass Calder Smith is doing the design and it's expected to be open very soon, as the recent (failed) aim was last weekend. Says the tipster: "The inside looks like it’s going to be very impressive, high open-beam ceilings and lots of shiny metal fixtures." [PLYWOOD]
