The Castro: About a month ago, some surmised that after an actual decade, significant progress might be going on behind the plywood at The Patio. A recent spot-check reveals that a new, long bar/counter has been put in the entry room, which is probably more tangible progress than the pessimists ever expected after ten years of nothingness. Now, who wants to start guessing when the place will actually open? Last we heard, owner Les Natali was still looking for a tenant.
