Michael Mina

The expansion of the Michael Mina empire continues with the opening of Bourbon Steak in Arizona, and proving that it ain't Vegas, the geriatrics down in Scottsdale are awfully confused about it: "The price of the East Valley's most expensive steak more than doubled Monday, thanks to the opening of Bourbon Steak. So how much will you have to pay for the top 6-ounce filet mignon at celebrity chef Michael Mina's new restaurant at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort? A jaw-dropping $190. And you'll have to cough up an additional $9 for a baked potato." [EVT]
