Down the peninsula, a significant amount of upheavals are afoot at Kaygetsu, Menlo Park's excellent three-star kaiseki restaurant. Among other big changes: lunch is completely out of the picture, sushi is only available two nights a week, a new executive chef is aboard and former co-kaiseki chef Katsuhiro Yamasaki will be starting his own restaurant.
