Bauer Chronicles

Those writers that come from elsewhere to criticize his kingdom of San Francisco? Michael Bauer would like them to quit being so gosh darn mean, especially that odd WSJ article from the weekend: "At first I thought it was surely an April Fool's column that had arrived a little early. I'm willing to criticize some of San Francisco's culinary weaknesses, but the story reads like a farce ... I'm always amazed when writers descend from other regions (particularly the East Coast) and pontificate, disregarding the facts -- or at the very least misinterpreting them." [BauerBlog]
