Get excited, FiDi workers: we've got literal and figurative signs of life at Best-O-Burger, the long-awaited, oft-delayed gourmet sliders joint from Randy Lewis and Steve Weber. After more than a few local office folk were wondering if the project was dead following the aforementioned pair's split at Mecca earlier, work now appears to be in full swing. Signage is up, the website is live (kinda), and there are even a pair of fun little slogans to be had: "How many do you want-o?" and "Flip over 'em." The former Mrs. Fields space is very small, so expect stand-up counters only (and possibly outdoor tables down the line); click through our snazzy new photo gallery for the images.
