The revolution is underway at Frisson, as the trendy restaurant/lounge shuttered over the weekend, got its work permits and has begun its transformation. You'll recall that the remodel comes as a result of Frisson/Laiola partners Andrew McCormack and Joe Hargrave joining forces with ex-Myth star chef Sean O'Brien. The substantial facelift that will see Frisson ditching its "clubby" aspects (DJ booth, tinted windows) in favor of a more refined restaurant environment. Early summer is the aim.
