It is now Thursday, and it would appear that Chez Papa is still on track to open next week. The OpenTable page is up, running, and taking reservations starting the 31st; and as the official site puts it, the Mint Plaza bistro is ready to "continue the culinary adventure started on Potrero Hill." As a super special bonus, Thrillist has shared the menu with the masses, complete with seasonally-minded dishes like slow-cooked beef daube with fall vegetables. Culinary adventure indeed.
