The Bauer braves the "wrong side of the Hilton," doling out 2.5 stars to an abuzz Fish & Farm. At the ultra-local eatery, he encounters some low points in dessert and elsewhere, but the place makes up for it in other ways: "The fact that the owners have so much experience becomes obvious from the minute diners walk into the welcoming environment, often greeted by one of the Duggans and Klein. They've infused a knowledge of the menu into the staff, and they rarely let anything slide ... It's hospitality that's missing from many places in better locations. In this team's hands, the wrong side of the Hilton could easily become the right side." [Chron]
