First Look: Om Lounge and Its Glorious Outdoor Eden

Now that it received the go-ahead from the city, we thought it time to share the Edenic glory that is—or rather, will be—Om Lounge, particularly its outdoor area. The space in question technically rests on the second floor of a parking garage on Geary, but is accessed through Jones Street's Gaylord Hotel. It is still obviously firmly entrenched in the pre-plywood stage, but early renderings include amenities like cabanas, fire pits, water fountains and plenty of jungle foliage. Since part of the approval process required minimal music at night, there are even rumors of cabanas having music individually piped in. But the real star, at this point in the plywood process, is the space itself, so do have a looksie in the gallery above.
